Subdivision Process
1) A new application is submitted, processed and routed within two days.
2) Plans are routed to review agencies. The routing period for agency comments is 3 weeks (not including holidays) from the date of submission of a complete application.
3) Plans are then resubmitted and routed out to agencies to review to plan and whether agency comments have been addressed or if changes were made that may create additional comments. The routing period for agency comments is 3 weeks (not including holidays) from the date of resubmission.
