 The links on the left provide information about preparing for disasters that may occur in Frederick County, and how to cope afterward. All types of disasters should be taken into consideration.
According to the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the major natural disasters that have occurred in the past 50 years in the state of Maryland or could possibly occur in Maryland include:
